LAST BLOG ENTRY FROM LONDON / QUICK WRAP-UP

Hi guys,

I just can't believe how fast the past 3 1/2 moths flew by... It sort of feels like I have been constantly in a movie, which they have put on fast forward..but real fast forward! Absolutly unbelievable!
Today was my last office day and I have to admit that it has been really great! Got some leaving/christmas presents, Jim (one of my bosses) hold a speech and the whole team was there to hand over the presents (a handbag, they really seem to know me ;)), a card and (what a surprise) a bottle of wine. I am such a drunk :-) Just kidding..
Oh Gosh, I am gonna miss these guys. Seriously it has been such a great pleasure for me to work in this kind of office, with this warm and fantastic team, it couldn't have been better! There is just one word to describe my time in London: AMAZING! The best time of my life - I know I am repeating myself, but it's the truth!
Tomorrow I am gonna catch my flight at 12ish, so should be back in GE at around 3/4 kind of thing. Can't wait to see you all! But for now, I got to enjoy my last night in London! ;)
Will have some leaving drinks (for tradition issues) in the office bar downstairs and afterwards I will meet some friends for dinner & drinks.
My suitcase is packed already - got shit loats of stuff with me - don't want to know how much overweight price I will have to pay tomorrow.
Ohhh, I could be really nostalgic right now - but don't worry, I won't!! Too excited to see you!

WHAT A BLAST!!!

Hey guys,

wow - we had a terrific time last night! The club was amazing and everything was perfectly organized by H&K and they actually paid for everything. We were about 200 people and they had every drink you can imagine and also lots of drinks. Later at night they kept serving food, like fries and icecream later on... What a great night - go and check out the pics, they will give you a good idea. Man, I am gonna miss this city soooooo much!

Christmas Party 2night

Hi guys,

we are just about to leave the office now to go to a club called Tantra, that H&K rented for our Christmas party this year! I am having my first glas of champagner now and everybody got a plain white shirt that he/she had to decorate. To be honest I think I look like a christmas tree, because I just glued all the decoration i had on my shirt. But it's really funny and some people came up with brilliant ideas!! I am excited to go!! Jippii! Party!!! Pics are soon to follow!

HI GUYS

Hey guys,

I am back again ;-) How are you?
I am great, enjoyed my last Saturday in London today very much. Met some friends and we went to a big department store and did some christmas shopping...was great fun!! They had soooo many nice things!
After our shopping session we had lunch/dinner in Chinatown and now I am getting ready to go out to a club called Favela Chic in East London.

The first two pictures of this blog were taken in the office yesterday when we had our usual Friday evening drinks... Was fun, because that´s the time when everybody starts to relax a bit more.
God, I am so tired now, I have to try to get into the "going out mood" somehow... what are you up to this weekend? Ready for the Schalke vs Dortmund game?!

SOME PICTURES :-)

That was the weekend when Steffi&Chris stopped by in London for a weekend! We had a great weekend exploring bars & clubs in London as well as trying some Dim Sum in China town for lunch on Saturday. Very brave guys ;)
Yesterday I went to see the football match Werder Bremen vs Barcelon in the Bavarian Beer House in London and it was fun to see the German community meeting up there (felt like home a bit) I had a Weizenbier (lecker) and Leberkaes with baked potatoes....it was sooo tasty!
By the way, I went to see "Breakfast at Tiffany's" at a friends place last Sunday night. What a great movie, can't believe it took me so long to see it. Absolutely fascinating woman (Audrey Hepburn)
