PICTURES FROM NORWAY

Hi guys,
hi again from Bergen! Hope all of you are fine! I am doing great, I had an amazing weekend with a lot of parties (I guess as an Erasmus student this is not suprising...) and on Sunday it was Stefano´s b´day and Sarah, Leonie and me made a late breakfast for all people on our floor. We bake a birthday cake and were sitting in the kitchen until late afternoon, just chatting about our lives. It was sooo nice and actually I really feel quite at home now :-)
I also go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, it is located just next to our house and the location and facilities are very modern and they offer all kinds of courses. Today I went to the step class with 25 other girls and it was great fun. After that I did some workout on one of the machines and I think tomorrow I am gonna have sore muscles... ;-)
My classes are all starting this or next week and right now I am already attending one humanstic/informatic class which only takes place until end of Jan. I have to right 3 essays (900 words each) on various topics by the end of next week!! I wonder why I am doing this.... just kidding!
People on my floor are great fun, we hang out in the kitchen every evening, laughing about some silly things or just about our language problems/cultural differences. I just love the boys, they are so funny...
Also there are some really funny things that I discovered about Norway or Norwegian people.
1. The bird are singing in the middle of the night. Everytime I try to go to sleep there is some stupid bird outside of my window on the hill on the side - singing his song...
2. Norwegians start drinking beer at 3pm on Mondays. Well this is not so surprising. But they do it outside the pub, not inside....Mhmm, strange. It´s so cold outside, but still, they are sitting there having beer. Seems to be normal. Have to get used to that... Oh well, maybe not, because I can´t afford it ;-) Prices are ridiculous here. You pay 14 Euros for a take away pizzy, 50 Euros for a fish plate in restaurant and god knows how much for a beer. I think it´s about 8 Euros.
3. People constantly try to talk to me in Norwegian... Maybe it´s because I look like one of them?! Haha
Ok, enough for now, I will be back soon with many more pictures of fun parties or something else
